I've seen this all too many times with Car Dealerships. Having meetings with newspaper or magazine companies in their local area because it's "what they've always done" for years and years.
The truth is yes these platforms still work. However, you're missing the point and aren't adapting to where the attention is these days.
Whether people admit it or not social media is where the people attention is these days. With billions of daily visitors logging in to facebook daily, hundreds of millions on linkedin, millions on instagram, and countless other platforms completely crushing old forms of media and designed specifically to move your ready, viewer(facebook user) down your funnel.
I know all of these old platforms worked well in the past. But they just aren't the best bet anymore. Better your odds and start doing some research of where your prospects hang out, what they like, if they just got in an accident, whether they were just in service. These are all possible online with facebook, google and linked in tracking pixels.
Be smart. Better your odds. Stop wasting your money where there are no eyeballs.
